Acquisition Life Cycle (or six simple steps to client bliss)

NEEDS ANALYSIS - First we talk to you.  Now there's a concept that many companies tend to skip.  Where those companies fail, is that they go straight to telling you what you need before they even have a conversation with you.  We don't believe in forcing our solutions on clients.  We believe in understanding the client's situation and recommending the solution that is best for right now and for where you think you will be in the future. 

DESIGN AND BUDGET - Next we work out one or more designs based on your needs, training requirements and budget restrictions.   Our professional staff understand that each solution can be unique, especially when pairing different types of work environments, people, hardware and different types of software together.  Final design to recommendation, we always keeps you, the client, at the top of the list of requirements.  Your business' success, health and growth are always our top priority!

RECOMMENDATION - The culmination of this effort is to bring to you a recommendation taylored to you and your business.   Once finished, we sit down with you again and walk through the why's and the how's.  Best of all, we do this in plain old American English, as little techno-jibberish as necessary.  We try our best to stay away from the constant buzzword chattering of the month and explain the solution in plain English along with the budget, requirements, timeline and appropriate alternatives.

PURCHASE/PREPARE - After you approve the recommendation or after we have changed the solution per your recommendations, then we move forward with purchasing any hardware or software on your behalf and prepare it for installation into your business. 

IMPLEMENT - Deliver and install the purchase at your business location.  We can almost always work around your schedule so that there is little impact on your day-to-day operations. 

TEST and TRAIN - Although tested during the prep step, we will test it again once your purchase is in place just to make sure everything worked as promised.    If your purchase required a training plan, we will also start the training process at this time.
